Pier has been making beautiful gains in student growth this school year due to the work both students and teachers have been doing identifying where each student is in their learning and making best practice decisions to gain skills and understanding. Please help us keep the focus on learning by keeping toys including trading cards/Pokemon cards at home.
Dropping students off between 8:00-8:10 ensures they are in class by 8:15 ready to learn.
Pickup is at 3:15. Please avoid early pick up to keep the learning of all students going. Pre-planned appointments are an exception to this.
We are grateful for your partnership in keeping future doors open to our students with their academic success.

Learning to read takes practice. Loving to read takes enthusiasm. Read with your child often and create a sense of enjoyment, wonder, and a passion for reading. Be an active reader and make reading fun! Use expressive voices for characters, make sound effects, and point things out in the text and illustrations when you read aloud.
Walking school bus leaves Pioneer and Martin Avenue @ 7:53. More and more students are starting to join in with the walking school bus. Please join us if you would like to walk with us.
