F&S provides conceptual design ideas for existing façade improvements, architectural features and landscaping additions.
The Beach House - An existing house that was entirely revamped with new finishes, outdoor entertainment lounging and landscaping.
Client: Bellavia Creative Design & Construction. This property is my client's vision for an undeveloped site in the center of Cocoa Beach, FL. From a simple sketch, F&S brought this project to life in 3D by developing the building and surrounding landscaping based on there client's vision.
