Hello, my name is Patrice T. Drakeford. I am married to my wonderful husband Charles. We have four beautiful children. I have been an educator for 20+ years. I have been a school counselor for 10+ years and have enjoyed helping students and their families! I look forward to another exciting year here at SMS!

All students:
should have access to a school counselor to discuss personal concerns.
should have access to information about occupational and educational planning.
have the right to assistance in identifying their needs in the personal/social domain.
should have the opportunity to make choices within the constraints of the educational progress with the assistance of a professional school counselor
