School Counseling Program

• Our school counseling program is built on collaboration with all educational stakeholders to enhance equity and expand access to opportunities for every student. We are committed to fostering a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment where all students can thrive.

• Grounded in a data-driven, comprehensive approach, the program is designed to address the academic, social/emotional, and career development needs of all students. It is responsive to student needs identified through ongoing assessments and is implemented using evidence-based practices whenever possible. Continuous evaluation and analysis of outcomes ensure that the program evolves to remain effective and relevant.

• The program is guided by the ethical standards of the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), ensuring professionalism, integrity, and student-centered advocacy at every level.
