Students
Every student holds inherent value and deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.
All students are entitled to equitable access to the academic, social/emotional, and career services offered through the school counseling program and the school.
Students thrive when strong, positive relationships are built among families, schools, and the broader community.
Meeting students’ basic needs is essential for meaningful and effective learning.
Every student has the right to learn in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
School Counselors
School counselors are dedicated advocates for all students, ensuring every child is seen, heard, and supported.
They lead with purpose, demonstrating strong leadership within both the school and broader professional community.
School counselors prioritize students each day, building meaningful relationships and recognizing individual strengths to help prepare them for success in college, careers, and as responsible citizens.
Through innovative practices, rigorous instruction, and engaging school-wide initiatives, they promote a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
School Counseling Program
Our school counseling program is built on collaboration with all educational stakeholders to enhance equity and expand access to opportunities for every student. We are committed to fostering a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment where all students can thrive.
Grounded in a data-driven, comprehensive approach, the program is designed to address the academic, social/emotional, and career development needs of all students. It is responsive to student needs identified through ongoing assessments and is implemented using evidence-based practices whenever possible. Continuous evaluation and analysis of outcomes ensure that the program evolves to remain effective and relevant.
The program is guided by the ethical standards of the American School Counselor Association (ASCA), ensuring professionalism, integrity, and student-centered advocacy at every level.
