This Project was for Spectrum. We proposed a revamp of their trouble shooting website, made graphics for their communication with customers, and proposed ways that their customer service representatives could effectively help their customers.
This project was made in Articulate 360. It was made to help learners understand parts of learning design and technology. This course was made on interactive learnings strategies within education.
The 2023 Holiday Gift Guide was researched, designed, and developed by the class of 2024 Learning Design and Technology Graduate students. It was named “Holid-AI Gift Guide” due to the theme of Artificial Intelligence. The guide came together by researching and identifying AI gifts and applications. For this project, I was on a Standards and Distribution team. This team was responsible for designing the guide as well as the social media posts at time of distribution.
