Sign in or join Common Sense Education to complete the Training Course: Protecting Student Privacy for Teachers. This 45-minute interactive online course for educators introduces the topic of student online privacy and offers concrete best practices for managing the risks to students. It includes specific tools and methods for assessing the privacy and security of products commonly used in the classroom, and it will support teachers in mitigating the risk of student data being compromised.ย

The Level 1 status indicates that an educator is able to successfully implement Google Apps for Education into their teaching practice in order to enhance teaching and learning.ย ย Fundamentals Training: By reading, watching videos, and doing activities, you'll learn how to integrate Google in your classroom. You can start and stop lessons at any time; your progress will be tracked throughout the course.ย This course is self-paced and you will earn 30 renewal credits for successful completion of the exam.
