Recommended Teacher Directions for Monitoring
During Short-Term Absence
When you are out of your classroom and have a short-term substitute, it is important to ensure classroom monitoring.
Prioritize Class Scheduling: If you have the time, please configure the "class schedule" feature. This will automate monitoring and prevent any missed sessions.
Communicate with Support Staff: If you cannot set up a schedule, please clearly communicate your monitoring needs to a TA or a school administrator. Provide them with your class schedule and request that they manually manage the monitoring sessions.
*Monitoring is only enabled on district-provided devices. Personal devices will not allow monitoring sessions.
