Class of 2026 Scholarship Applications are now closed.

Scholarships provide essential financial support for today’s college students. College degrees are required for more careers and workforce positions than ever before. The number of tuition dollars required for a student to earn his degree continues to escalate.

The Foundation for Fort Mill Schools establishes and manages college scholarships tailored to the specific goals of the sponsors.

Steps for Applying for a Scholarship

STEP 1:  Review the scholarships offered for NFHS.  Requirements/eligibility vary by scholarship, and full scholarship descriptions can be found here.

STEP 2:  Submit the online application(s) for the scholarship(s) for which you would like to apply.  A separate scholarship application is required for each individual scholarship.  Links to the online applications can be found on the Nation Ford HS Scholarships page.  To access the applications, you will need to sign in using your school e-mail account.

STEP 3: Submit all supplemental materials required by the scholarship(s) for which you are applying. All materials must be submitted directly through the online scholarship application(s).  Failure to submit all required supplemental materials may result in your application not being considered.

STEP 4: Submit the Parent Financial Statement if you have applied to any scholarships that require that form.  The Parent Financial Statement may be submitted either online or via paper copy to the NFHS Counseling Office.  You need to submit only one copy of the Parent Financial Statement for it to be used for all scholarship applications that require it.  This form must be submitted by the scholarship deadline to complete your application.  Failure to submit this form may result in your application not being considered.
