Ms. Castilla-Hobbs

I am originally from Spain, I moved to the United States in 2003 after living in Spain, England and Germany. This is my 21st year teaching in the USA and my 11th in Middle School. Learning a language is learning a skill for life that can be helpful not only for travelling but for any professions. My goal is for students to love my language and to want to continue learning and using it for the rest of their lives.

I have two children; Alba is 15 and Mateo is 10 and every year we plan a trip to a different country. My daughter has visited 12 and my son 7, my total is 27 as of right now.

I love to cook, to read, to be outdoors and in the water and I love Latin Dancing. Something that I collect are Christmas ornaments from the places that I visit.
