Our Mental Health Is Our Responsibility
It's important that we take a pro-active approach to our mental health.
Attached is a self -care assessment for you to complete.We encourage you to complete this assessment once a week to check in to see if you are taking actions to promote your mental well-being.
If you complete the self-care assessment and your score is low, please challenge yourself to pick an item on self-care assessment that you have not been doing and add it to your week.
If you find that you are struggling and you need additional support please reach out to your school counsellor or to a local support organization.
