Acting as an authorized representative, I can complete section 2 of the Employment Eligibility Verification, USCIS Form I-9.

Please ensure you are using the most recent form with the date of 08/01/23. The form date can be found in the bottom left corner of each page (4 pages).

EMPLOYEES:

If your employer has requested that you find a notary to complete the employer portion of the form, please provide a copy of the email or letter in order for me to complete the request. I will need to keep a copy of this document so please remove any of your personal information. An email that includes your name, the company's name, and the request to have someone act as an authorized representative will suffice.

Please make sure you bring original identifying documents to the appointment. Identification must be current and not expired. Review page 2 - List of Acceptable Documents for requirements.
