Face-to-face community meet-ups and Field Trips are events for students, families, and staff to gather and connect. This is a great time to meet with other FLVS families from your local community.
Meet Up & Field Trip Dates for 2025-2026:
Meet Up 1: Friday, September 19, 2025
Meet Up 2: Friday, November 21, 2025
Meet Up 3: Annual School Field Trip - Friday, February 13, 2026
Meet Up 4: Friday, April 24, 2026
Location lists, required parent forms, and the student RSVP links are posted on the Week at a Glance at least 4 weeks before each event. We divide the state in 8 regions. All parents attending events are required to fill out the authorization forms before the event.

Connect with other families in our school community! This directory includes contact information for those who completed the School Family Directory form and is designed to support peer collaboration, group work, and parent communication. Updated weekly, the directory helps foster connections between students, families, and teachers to support a positive and engaging virtual learning experience.
