This is the third and final section of segment 1. In this section, you will learn how to format, create, and polish an argumentative literary analysis essay.

3.01: Develop A Claim
You will choose one of the short stories associated with literary argument prompts and read the related text. Submit your written responses for 3.01 Develop a Claim under assessments.
3.02: Starting Out Strong
You will complete the reading and learning activities for this lesson.
Be sure to write your introduction to submit later.

3.03: Discussion Based Assessment
You will complete the 3.03 Discussion-Based Assessment by calling your teacher. Please have your notes and submitted work with you from the unit for the oral discussion, and they will tell you how to submit the assessment at the end of the discussion.

3.04 Necessary Evidence
You will complete the 3.04 Necessary Evidence quiz under assessments.
Create your three literary argument body paragraphs to submit later.
3.05: Finishing Strong
You will write, edit and revise your literary argument, then submit your finalized work and reflection to 3.05 Finishing Strong under assessments.
Honors Assessment
The next assessment is an honors lesson. If you are not completing the course for honors credit, please proceed to the final exam
3.06 HONORS A Character Study
You will create a digital presentation that analyzes your novel's protagonist. Submit your finalized work to 3.06 Honors A Character Study.
