STEPS TO COMPLETE YOUR

DRIVER’S ED COURSE

1. Call me with your parent/guardian to complete your Welcome Call

2. Set up a Parent Account

3. Complete Modules (Chapters) #1 – 9 on the Drivers Ed Platform

· take notes if you'd like

· retake quizzes if you'd like to improve your average (up to 2 retakes for each quiz, and the best of your 3 scores will be recorded)

· submit 1-2 chapters each week

4. Complete Writing Assignments: 2.5 Assignment, 4.5 Assignment, 7.5 Assignment, 9.5 Assignment

• You may attend a Live Lesson as an alternate way to complete one writing assignment. The Live Lesson calendar is on the course homepage.

5. Complete Discussion Based Assessment (DBA)

6. Take Your Final Exam (This completes your course!)

Optional:

7. Complete the Class E Knowledge Exam to get your Learner’s License (which you will find on the driversed.com site. You'll receive directions for how to do that in your FLVS message box within 48 hours of when you take the final exam).

8. Apply for Your Learner's License at your local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) office (some counties use Tax Collector offices for this service). You can find your local office here:
