The Geo-Float Trail is a geological tour around Lake Ouachita. This tour shows 12 of the most fascinating geological sites around Lake Ouachita. Troy Riggs and Nathan Westerman came across this tour, and noticed that the tour guide pamphlet was very outdated. They contacted Mrs. Amy Shultz, a Park Ranger with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and asked if they could have the privilege of redoing it. Mrs. Shultz said yes, so with her help they gathered all of the information they would be needing for the pamphlet. The students got to go on a private tour of the Geo-Float Trail and they took pictures and got to learn all about the Geo-Float Trail to complete the pamphlet.
