What’s up students and parents!
All students should be exercising daily to improve the four components of the Fitnessgram. The four components are Push-ups, Curl-ups, Sit-and-Reach, and the Pacer. There are many exercises that can be done to improve the assessment fitness concepts (flexibility, upper body strength, and cardiovascular endurance). If you need some ideas, refer to the websites darebee.com among others listed below. Make them as fun as possible, and challenge yourself/ child to get more reps every day.
