I am Andrea Pilcher and I am a kindergarten teacher at Pepperell Primary. This is my 18th year of teaching. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education with an ESOL endorsement from Berry College in 2008. In 2012 I received my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Georgia and I also received my Education Specialist Degree in 2013 from Lincoln Memorial University. Before college, I grew up attending the Pepperell schools (2004 graduate). I've always been a DRAGON! I am married to Brandon. We have two children, Bo and Elizabeth, and a dog named Snoopy. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and relaxing by the pool.

Our class's paraprofessional is Ms. Erin Davenport. She has worked at PPS for 8 years in various positions - Special Education parapro, ISS parapro, and now Kindergarten parapro. She is currently working on earning a degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Shorter University. Ms. Davenport will be completing her student teaching this year in our class in addition to her being our class's paraprofessional. She has three children, Kendell, Kameron, and Kaiden. Ms. Davenport also has two chihuahuas, Baby and Rosie. In her spare time, she likes to go tubing with her family.
