In 4th grade, we cover American history from the events leading to the American Revolution through the Civil War and Reconstruction. We also do an economics unit at the end of the year. It looks like most of our social studies instruction this year will be embedded into ELA instruction through the Benchmark Advance curriculum. I will update you if that changes!
