FREE LABS are opportunities for students to choose what they'd like to cook. Here are a few of our favorites: baked ziti, grilled spinach-artichoke sandwiches, cookies and whoopie pies, buttermilk pancakes, fruit pizzas, Navajo fry bread and cinnamon rolls.
Some people like to paint pictures, or do gardening, or build a boat in the basement. Other people get a tremendous pleasure out of the kitchen, because cooking is just as creative and imaginative an activity as drawing, or wood carving, or music.
