About Me

Hi! My name is Mrs. Stacy Thompson. I will be your child’s 7th grade Science teacher for the 2025-2026 school year! This will be my 25th year teaching and I am excited to make this my best year yet!

I grew up in the Rome/Lindale area. I attended McHenry Elementary, Pepperell Middle, and Pepperell High, where I graduated in 1992. 

I attended Jacksonville State University and graduated from Berry College with a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education (4-8) with concentrations in math, science, social studies, and ELA.  I have a Master of Education degree in Middle Grades Math and Science from the University of North Georgia. I have the following endorsements:  Teacher Support Specialist, Reading, Gifted, Online Teaching.

I have taught every subject, but science is my favorite!
