About Me

I am currently in my eighteenth year of teaching with Floyd County Schools, and my eighth year with the College and Career Academy. Before joining CCA, I taught at Model Middle School for ten years and one year at Pepperell Primary School. I received a Bachelor of Science from University of West Georgia, a Master of Education in Curriculum and a Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University. My goals for my students are for them to reach their full potential and to make connections with learning and the real world. I am looking forward to an awesome year!
