Hi! I'm Reagan Dooley - known around school as Miss Dooley. I am so proud to serve as the school counselor at Model Elementary, a school close to my heart as a former MES Blue Devil myself. I am so happy to be back HoMe! My #1 mission is to support our students – however that looks!
I hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Jacksonville State University and in December I will complete my Masters Degree in School Counseling from Jacksonville as well.

I graduated high school from MHS
I believe every student is unique, special, and capable of amazing things.
My counseling approach is warm, student-centered, and proactive. I work with students individually, in small groups, during classroom guidance lessons to help build emotional awareness, healthy relationships, and academic skills.
