Pepperell High School-Home of the Dragons

Welcome Everyone!

My name is Mrs. Brown and I teach 9th, 10th, and 11th Grade Literature at Pepperell High School, Home of the Dragons!

About Me

I live in Silver Creek with my husband, Dennis. We love to travel, visit our children and grandchildren, and watch the Braves (Rome and Atlanta).

I attended Liberty University and received a Master's in Teaching with a concentration in Special Education. I have been in education for 18 years.  I started my career at Villa Rica High School where I was a secretary while I finished my degrees. I entered the classroom in 2014 and have enjoyed every minute of it.  I love working with students and seeing the light of learning in their eyes when they understand the concepts we are working on.

I currently teach 9th, 10th, and 11th Grade Literature here at Pepperell High School.

Classroom FAQS

Where can I find the syllabus for the class?

The syllabus for my classes are found under the Student Resources tab at the top of the page.

What is the fastest way for me to get in touch with you if I have a question about my student's grades, assignments, or other information?

The best way is to email me at meacybrown@floydboe.net

My email comes to my phone and I will answer all questions and concerns within a reasonable amount of time.

Each class has their own individual link in Google. Once you know what class period your student has, you can click on that link for assignments, requirements, and other links that pertain to your student's work in class.

My student needs tutoring or afterschool help. Where can I find that?

Tutoring is offered throughout the week by appointment before or after school. There is also tutoring offered by subject area (TBD).
