My Professional Bio
Year 2026-27 will be my 26th year of teaching at Coosa High School. I am excited to be here and to have the opportunity to teach these young minds! I graduated from Shorter College in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in English and then from Jacksonville State in 2000 with a master's degree in Secondary English Education. I obtained my Gifted Certification shortly after starting my career, and in 2017 ('ish?) I earned my certification in Special Education.
