I am originally from Fyffe, Alabama. I graduated from Fyffe High School then went on to attend the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama where I earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. I taught for two years in Dillingham, Alaska before moving to Lindale, Georgia and taking a position at the Georgia School for the Deaf. I taught 16 years at GSD before joining the Floyd County family. This is my 22nd year teaching and I can't wait!
