As an English/Language Arts teacher, my passion for reading and writing began in grade school. I graduated from Brookwood High School in Gwinnett County, where I grew up. I attended Berry College and graduated with degrees in English and Secondary Education. I also graduated from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters Degree in Christian Education.
This is my 16th year teaching middle & high school English/Language Arts, and this is my ninth year teaching in the Armuchee area.
I'm married and have three awesome kids who all attend Armuchee schools. My favorite things in life include my family, my crazy dog, sweet tea, sunshine, a good book, and Jesus!
I LOVE being part of the AHS Tribe.
It's going to be a GREAT year!
Go Tribe!
