Welcome to my website and to Pepperell Middle School!
My name is Elizabeth Harris and I am a Pepperell Dragon through and through! I was a Baby Dragon at Pepperell Elementary, attended Pepperell Middle School and graduated from Pepperell High School! It was as a Baby Dragon that I always wanted to be a teacher, but my path just strayed a bit. I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Industrial Design. I worked in Marketing, Graphic and Industrial Design for several years but eventually, all roads led me back to teaching.
I teach 6th grade Science and ELA as well as any yearbook, marketing or graphics class I get the opportunity to teach :) I am a gifted endorsed teacher, the yearbook advisor and I help with Student Council.
In my spare time, well… there’s not much… I attend my daughters' many extracurricular activities, I love helping out with children and youth activities at church, and maybe when I have time… I love to watch a good Hallmark or Netflix movie. I love my family, Dr. Pepper, anything PURPLE, and a good vanilla latte.
I teach because I love these kids and truly want to make a difference. When they are in my class they are “MY KIDS.” I consider them my own and want what is best for them. I cannot wait to start this AWESOME school year. LET’S DO THIS!!!

NO CHEWING GUM is allowed in the school!
Class begins everyday at 7:50am. Students MUST be in their classroom by 7:50am in order to avoid being counted tardy.
Dress code reminders :
No holes in jeans.
All shorts must be fingertip length/mid-thigh.
No belly shirts
No spaghetti straps
Tennis shoes MUST be worn for PE.
No hoods or hats worn at school.
No Cell Phones!!!
Make sure to sign up for ParentSquare texts in order to receive reminders from your child's teacher. Also, if you receive school calls, and you have opted out of them...this will cancel all future calls AND TEXTS from every single school communication. In order to be added back, you must contact the school to be added back on the list. This is very important when the time comes to be updated on your child's grades and their progress. Teachers will reach out to you, using Blackboard. However, if you have opted out then your message will not reach you.
Powerschool is where you will go to be able to keep up with your student's grades. In order to register your student each year, you received a parent login. That is the same login information that you will use to view your student's grades and progress throughout the year. Your student will have their own login and will be very familiar with how to check their grades and check for any missing assignments. There is also a Powerschool app that is available for Apple and Android products. You can download it in the app store.
