Hello! My name is Brandon Ray and I am excited to be teaching agriculture at Pepperell High School and serving as the Young Farmer Teacher in Floyd County! I am a product of Floyd County Schools graduating from Armuchee High School. After graduation I went to Berry College for 2 years and then transferred to the University of Georgia. I received a Bachelors degree in Horticulture and a Masters in Agriculture Education from UGA. I went on to earn a Ph.D. from Auburn University in Career, Technical, and Agriculture Education. I have 15 years of teaching Agricultural Education, with 6 of those years being on the State Agriculture Education Staff. I hope to push this already well-established program further and will work to serve the farmers, students, and supporters in this county. I am happy to help in any way I can.
