This is an introduction class to all other agriculture classes. This covers a variety of topics from the history of the FFA to livestock identification. Ag principles is designed for freshman and to get students excited about agriculture.
Ag Mech starts of by making sure all students are safe in the shop and know how to handle emergency situations. Then it goes on to hand tool terminology, ARC and wire welding, plasma cutting and much more. This is for first time students in a shop environment.
Ag Fab prepares students for careers in mechanical systems. Students will attain knowledge and skills related to facilities and fabrication. This is a hands on learning class that allow students to further advance their welding and construction skills.
Provides a way of learning about the natural world. Students should know how plant and soil science has influenced a vast body of knowledge, that there are still applications to be discovered, and that plant and soil science is the basis for many other fields of science.
