At Christmas Time
At Christmas time, Santa comes at night and gives you gifts. You get to hand up stockings, put decorations on the tree, and go outside to see Christmas carolers. I like to bake cookies and make gingerbread houses the best.
Christmas is Special
Christmas is special to me because it is Jesus’ birthday. On Christmas I like to watch The Grinch and have fun with my family. We bake cookies for Santa.
My Favorite Thing
My favorite thing about Christmas us getting to see my Nana in Alabama. It is the only time of year I can see her. She always says how big I am. It makes me happy. Merry Christmas from Asa!
Christmas is the Most Wonderful Time
Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year. It is a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus and to make memories with your family. If I could grant one wish it would be for every family in the world to have the best Christmas. My wish is that every kid, every mom, and every dad get the gift they ask for. This would bring Christmas cheer around the world. I wish you all the very Merriest Christmas!
Christmas Means to Me
Christmas means a lot to me for many reasons. First, we celebrate Jesus’ birthday and make sure to sing Happy Birthday to Him. Then, we make cookies for Santa and we get carrots for his reindeer. My mamaw and papaw always make sure to take pictures to save the memories for me and my sisters. It’s the most special time of the year!
If I Could Grant One Wish
If I could grant one wish, it would be for my neighborhood to get cleaned up after the flood. So many houses were destroyed including my own. Even though I miss our old house, I wish for our neighborhood to finally get back to normal.
Christmas is About Giving
Christmas is about giving, not just about the gifts. It is about sharing, having fun, and spending time with your family. Everyone should be thankful during the Christmas season. Always remember, just because you don’t get what you asked for Christmas, it doesn’t mean that you’re a bad kid. Everyone can forgive someone for their bad things and we all just need to love everyone because that is what Christmas is really about.
My Favorite Christmas Movie
My favorite Christmas movie of all time is The Grinch. I love this movie because the Grinch is a very bad man at the beginning. However, as the movie continues, he becomes a good guy with a big heart. He even gets invited to Christmas dinner by Cindy Lou Hoo because of his kindness. I wish more people could change like the Grinch did. Merry Christmas!

A Funny Christmas Eve
What is a funny experience you had through the holidays? My funny experience was on Christmas Eve when we were leaving my grandmother’s house. As we were going down the steep hill, we started sliding and headed toward the ditch. Dad swerved to miss the ditch and hit the guard rail. As a result, the bumper of the car was torn up and grandma’s trash can, Luckily none of us were hurt so we laughed about our luck. I’ll never forget that Christmas!
Christmas Means Spending Time With Family
What is the meaning of Christmas? Christmas means spending time with your family and being kind to others. It means cherishing the moments you have with your family. It means celebrating the birth of Jesus and having the happiest moments while sitting around the Christmas tree with family. Finally, it means cherishing the memories that we have with our loved ones.
My Favorite Holiday Tradition
My favorite holiday tradition is how we spend the night before Christmas. We always go to my Granny’s house to make cookies, cake, chocolate covered strawberries, and my favorite, butterscotch Rice Krispie treats! Then we all spend the night together. We are even allowed to open one present the night before Christmas. I always love seeing what is behind the wrapping paper, no matter what I get I always love it.

One of my favorite Christmas memories is when I was five years old. We were watching Christmas Vacation and I fell asleep like I always do. I felt something licking my face and when I opened my eyes, I saw a puppy on top of me! It was my favorite Christmas!
A Funny Christmas
A funny Christmas experience I had was from a few years ago. When my sister finally got to my house we ate and started to open presents. My mom goes to open her present and as she unwraps the gift she sees there was a huge dead spider on it, so she threw it all the way across the room.

The Meaning of Christmas
To some people, Christmas means getting new shoes, games, and gifts, but they don't understand the true meaning of Christmas. Christmas is a day to celebrate Jesus’s birthday. To me, Christmas means spending time with family and friends while enjoying Jesus’s birthday and having a great time. Some people don't celebrate it like I do, but that is what Christmas means to me.
A Family Christmas
A great family experience I had on Christmas was when my stepdad went Christmas shopping for my mom's promise ring. He spent hours looking and went to a bunch of different stores. He finally found it but had to drive an hour to get it. When he got home, he put it inside 10 boxes then wrapped it. It was fun watching my mom open all the little boxes.
My Favorite Christmas Memory
My favorite Christmas memories are when my whole family comes up and we party and play in the snow. I love playing in the snow with my family because we go sledding, have snowball fights, make snow angels, and snowmen. We also drink hot chocolate. I also like watching football games at my grandpa's house.
Gift of Dreams
The best gift I've ever received from someone was my cat. My cat is the main reason for my happiness. His name is Venus and I absolutely love him. His fur is fluffy as a cloud. His eyes are as bright as the lights on a Christmas tree. He is truly the best thing I have ever received. I'm thankful for him every day.

The Meaning of Christmas
Christmas to me as I get older means something different than when I was younger. I think of the importance of family and how I cherish every moment with them. This year is very important to me because of all the tragedy with the flooding and with the loss of our fallen heroes. We need not take any moment for granted because we never know what lies ahead. Enjoy every moment with your family, hug and embrace each other. Enjoy every moment like I will this year. Family is everything to me.
A Christmas Wish
If I could grant one wish to the world, it would be that everyone could have a wonderful Christmas this year. I know 2022 has been rough with floods, tornados, wars, etc… But not every day is a bad day. I want everyone to have a good Christmas with their family and friends, even if it's nothing big. One tiny thing could make a huge difference.
The Medical “Elves”
Elves are considered the helpers during Christmas. They work harder every Christmas to make sure everything can work smoothly. I believe that nurses can be considered the medical elves of Christmas. They work hard to save the lives of others. I could not even describe the sweat and tears they have been through to get where they are. In the end, I just have one message for them. Thank you.
The Meaning of Christmas
What does Christmas mean to me? To me, Christmas is a time when everyone should feel loved-- No matter if they share that feeling with family, friends, or maybe even pets. To me, Christmas is quality time and you should always try and spend it with someone or something. If you know someone who will be alone on December 25th, go and spend time with them, and if you can’t do that, at least talk to them for a while. Christmas means bonding and keeping the ones you love most close because you never know when it will be your last with them.
A Christmas Wish
If I could grant one wish for my family it would be that everyone would be at the same place for Christmas, and we would all have a great time and there wouldn’t be any negativity. It would be positive only. The reason that I want that is for memories. You don’t know when the last time you will see them is, so you could always look back on that day and smile and think of what a good time you had. Since covid-19, the family kinda went separate ways. I think that this would be good for my family and it also might be good for yours too, so if you have a family member that you haven’t talked to in a while, text or call them and ask to hang out for a while because it might be a good start for the two of you.
A Funny Holiday Experience
A funny experience that I had for the holiday is when me and my neighbors went to the top of a hill when it was snowing, and we all piled on one sled then went sledding down the hill. We were all laughing because we all fell off and started rolling down the hill one by one. This was one of the best experiences for all of us during the holidays.
