A Christmas Family Tradition
One family tradition my family does is we go to my Mamaw’s house every Christmas Eve. We open presents, sit together and talk while we open them. My Mamaw fixes dinner and she makes the kids noodles! I really enjoy this time with my family.
The Best Give I Ever Gave
One year for Christmas I gave my cousin, Maddox, a John Cena figure. He was happy to get it. It made me feel good and happy that it made him happy. That was a good Christmas.

A Gift I Hope to Get
This Christmas I hope to get a real Tomy Thomas Train. I should get it because I like trains and I’ve been hoping to get it for the past two or three years. I have been good and worked hard in school. I hope I get it this year!

Favorite Christmas Memories
My favorite Christmas memories was when my NanNan was alive because she would get me the best gifts. She got me a big gummy bear, a bunch of clothes and many toys. My mom and dad got me gifts too, but my NanNan’s gifts were better. I loved my NanNan’s gift. She was so special to me.
If I Could Grant One Wish
If I could grant one wish on Christmas, it would be for my family. I would want my family to have peace and happiness on Christmas because it has been a very hard few years and they deserve it.

The Best Gift I Ever Received
The best gift I ever received for Christmas was my PlayStation 5. I had begged for months to get one and my mom said it was just too expensive. She tricked me! She wrapped the box in all kinds of different paper and made me search all over the house for it. I was so happy when I opened the box. It was the best gift ever!
A Wish to End World Hunger
If I could grant one wish for the world, it would be to end world hunger. I wish this because I think that no one should go hungry, especially on Christmas. I think that on Christmas Day locals should go out and give food to starving people. I couldn’t think of a better way to spread Christmas cheer!

A Wish for the Homeless
If I could grant one wish, it would be for all the homeless people to have a loving, warm, and sweet family home and friends. The reason why I would grant this wish is because the homeless fight to survive. Some families even have to sacrifice things for their family. I couldn't imagine not having a family or home on Christmas.
Christmas Means a Lot to Me
Christmas means a lot to me because it is the birthday of Jesus Christ. I feel as though we don’t thank him enough for what he does in our lives and on this day we acknowledge him.

Funny Experience at Christmas
A funny experience I had was on Christmas Day. My dog made the tree fall and all of the ornaments fell off the tree onto my older brother. I could not stop laughing and I think my dog laughed too!
One of the Best Gifts I Ever Received

A Christmas Memory
My favorite Christmas memory was when I was about 10 years old. It was on Christmas Eve and my brother and I were excited to get to see if we had gotten any presents. We jumped up at the same time and ran through the doorway. We ended up stuck in the doorway. We were both pushing and pulling to try to get out. Suddenly we got loose and plummeted down the stairs. We were laughing and fighting at the same time. We argued about who was supposed to go first. The reason this is my favorite Christmas memory is because it took place in my old house and I don’t live there anymore. It brings back memories of living there and how much I miss it.
What Christmas Means to Me
Christmas is a special time for my family and me. Most importantly, Christmas means celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. To me, Christmas means spending time with my family. We always have a big Christmas dinner. We talk to each other about how life is going. Our family enjoys playing board games together. This makes everybody laugh a lot. This is what Christmas means to my family and me. Now, what does Christmas mean to your family?

The Meaning of Christmas
Christmas is a big day in the month of December, but it is not all about presents. Many different things are celebrated on Christmas. Some people celebrate the birth of Jesus, do not put up trees, and do not get presents. They just celebrate Jesus’ birthday. Christmas is celebrated by spending time with family and friends, having a meal together and/or to worship God. It can be very important to many people for religion, family, or just to have fun. There are many different reasons for Christmas to be important to people and should always be respected.
What Does Christmas Mean to Me?
To me, Christmas is the only time of the year all of my family get together. We get to celebrate the birth of Jesus together. I love being able to bake cookies with my cousins, watch Hallmark Movies with my mom and Nana and decorate the tree with my siblings.

Message to COVID Patients
To the people who are suffering with COVID right now, I want you to know that it will get better and it will be okay in the end. This disease is awful and we all hope it will get better. Let’s hope that it gets better and all of prayers are with you and your family.
Christmas through the Eyes of a Child
I love Christmas, because we celebrate Jesus’ birthday. We give gifts to our friends and family just like the Kings bought gifts to baby Jesus when he was born. Thinking about the birth of Jesus in the stables makes us more are of how different our lives are.

What Christmas Means to Me
What Christmas means to me is the love and joy of being with and spending time with family, watching movies, laughing and spending time with family and friends. Having snowball fights on Christmas Eve and having dinner later on during Christmas Day. Most importantly, it is Jesus’ Birthday and that is what Christmas is all about.
Wish to End Covid-19
If I could grant one wish, I would wish for Covid-19 to end and for everyone suffering from Covid-19 to recover also for anyone who has a family member or a friend who was at loss or is suffering from Covid to heal.

Family and Joy of Christmas
Christmas to most is about receiving and giving out presents. To me it’s about seeing family that I don’t get to see as often. Christmas is one of my favorites for that reason. The joy everyone gets when we are all together is better than any type of present.
What is Christmas Even About?
When I was younger, I thought Christmas was all about the presents. I thought that when I woke up and looked under the tree that what I found lying there was the most important thing. Recently, I have lost many loved ones I really care about through COVID. Their losses have changed my perspective on what is actually important. What Christmas means to me is the warmth and care I feel for all my friends, family and Jesus Christ, because without that, what is Christmas even about?

A Favorite Christmas Memory
One of my favorite Christmas memories is whenever we play bingo. It is always a blast whenever we all play. My dad usually calls out the numbers while everyone else is playing (but sometimes he plays too). Whoever wins gets to pick out a gift from the table. There are good gifts and bad gifts, but you do not know which one you are getting since they all look the same. It is so funny seeing them open their “not so good presents.” What is one of YOUR favorite Christmas memories?
A Christmas Family Tradition
Most years, during Christmas, my family has a Christmas Party for our extended family and us. We put together a Facebook group and invite everyone. Sometimes even our family from Michigan or Ohio come to visit! Since COVID, we have not been able to do it. I hope we can start it again soon.
