Paving

Patio and Deck

Demo of old rotten deck. Retaining wall, patio and stairs poured. New deck built and landscape restored.

Concrete Driveway & Staircase

Driveway panel repair, surface water drain, retaining wall, and staircase pour. We removed the broken driveway panels due to settling. Installed a surface water drain system, poured retaining wall, and re-poured the driveway panels. We poured a staircase for access, and placed landscaping bricks for flower beds around staircase.

Asphalt Apron

Required by the county for new residence fire access. The homeowner received the lowest bid from us and was able to comply with the requirements while saving money.

Water Service Repair

Water service repair. We fixed a water service for a business and restored the asphalt in one day.

Concrete Patio & Walkway

Poured patio and walkway. Removed step and poured wrap-around patio. Poured a walkway to a shed from the patio.

Retaining Wall & Fill

Set retaining wall, raised grade and placed topsoil. Home owner wanted a more level and usable yard.
