About me:
I have a bachelors degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science, a Masters degree in Marine Science and another Masters degree in Public Administration. I have been involved in education in many ways and for many years. I tough high school science in the Austin area for many years, then moved to an informal education position with Texas Parks and Wildlife training volunteers and planning educational programs for the department. I then moved to Corpus Christi to run the education programs at the Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve. Finally I decided to come back to the classroom back to formal education.
I am an avid outdoors person, I spend much of my free time fishing, paddling, walking on the beach, I love the water and I love every single thing about our natural world. I'm a complete nerd and proud of it.
