Central Florida Hunting Dates 

The Florida Trail in Central Florida passes through a few properties that allow seasonal hunting. Hunting is never allowed in the west tract of the Econlockhatchee State Forest where the Florida Trail passes through. Always wear blaze orange while hiking on properties that are hosting active hunts. It is best to avoid hiking during General Gun Season dates.
