With over 30 Years experience examining and notarizing Florida real estate documents,  I know the importance of those being properly signed, witnessed, notarized and timely delivered.  I pride myself in always being kind, patient, professional and know the importance of communication.

My journey began in 1990 working along side brilliant and respected real estate attorneys for over a decade.  Reading "The Fund Notes", old 'Abstracts' and thumbing through 'Hard-Copies' became a favorite past-time - each property had a different story (I only wish they had documented pictures back then).  In 2002, with my family's love & support, encouragement from colleagues and an entrepreneurial spirit, I became my own boss.  Since 2002, I've notarized thousands of documents in-person.  

Excited about the new Florida Statutes approving Remote Online Notarization, I was among the first notaries in the State of Florida to become a Florida Commissioned Remote Online Notary during January of 2020.  I have successfully completed Remote Online Notarization of hundreds of documents with underwriter approved platforms Pavaso, Notarycam and Notarize.  In April 2023, I was duly appointment and commissioned by the State of Florida to be Commissioner of Deeds* for the State of Florida (*also registered as an online notary public) allowing me to perform notarial duties while  physically located outside the State of Florida.

Helping customer's electronically sign and notarize their documents remotely and make their transaction a little less stressful is always my goal.  I'm always happy to help!
