History

Floof is the playful little daughter of Hausly Inc. Same family, same standards, but built for a different pace. It was born in 2022, sort of an off-shoot of Hausly’s 2020 pivot into niche cleaning. What started as an overflow solution quickly grew into a service of its own. One designed specifically for when life doesn’t go as planned.

Much like how Uber evolved to serve different needs, Hausly and Floof share one vision but operate at two speeds. Hausly handles the booked-in-advance, carefully planned cleans while Floof handles the “I need someone yesterday” calls. No emergency is too big. No call is too last-minute.

Over the years, Floof has tended to a spectrum of emergencies from same-day moves, abandoned/trashed rentals, post-renovation rushes, pet accidents,  flood cleanups, impromptu life events, late closings, a return home from travelling gone wrong, you name it! We’ve seen it all, and we speak the language of urgency fluently. No matter the reason, we strive to be the on-demand cleaning service you can always rely on.

Why Floof

Life in Toronto moves fast. We know, because we live it too. Between late nights, stacked schedules, and sudden shifts, finding time to clean or even planning to find cleaning help isn’t always realistic. Yet, for years, the cleaning industry has stayed stuck in slow mode: pen-and-paper bookings, weekday-only service, long lead times, and little flexibility. We saw that gap and Floof was born. With online booking from anywhere at anytime, same-day service, and a spectrum of cleaning options built for the pace of real life, Floof exists to meet you where you are now!
