Have you seen the main FLIP website? It's got resources and activities galore.
All users have a Google Drive (aka My Drive) – this is the users’ own personal unlimited storage space for files.
Files created from Docs, Slides, Sheets, Google Forms etc can be stored here; other file formats such as MS Word documents can also be uploaded to this storage area.
Users can share files and folders with other users to facilitate collaboration – for more information on sharing and collaboration follow this link Google Drive
Users also have access to Google Shared Drives – this is found by going to the Google Drive (My Drive). Shared drives are shared spaces where a group of users can easily store, search, and access the files within it anywhere, from any device.
Files stored in the Shared Drives are not owned by anyone. When a user account is deleted, no files from the Shared Drives are removed.
Unlike files in My Drive, files in a shared drive belong to the group of users instead of an individual. This is similar to the Shared Drive space on the school’s own network.
