Alice in Wonderland Performance VolunteersDear Parents, Our eagerly awaited production of "Alice in Wonderland" is just around the corner, and we need your valuable assistance to ensure the evening runs smoothly and enchantingly. To make this event truly magical, we are seeking six dedicated parent volunteers each evening to assist with various tasks during the performance. Event Details: Date: Thursday 11/2, Friday 11/3, and Saturday 11/4 Time: 6:30 pm and During Intermission Location: Norris Auditorium Needed Volunteers: 1. Ticket Sales and Seating Information Volunteers (2 parents): Assist with selling tickets at the entrance.Help guests to find their seats and ensure a well-organized start to the show. 2. Flower Sales Volunteers (2 parents): Vend lovely flowers before the show and during Intermission. 3. Candy Grams Sales Volunteers (2 parents): Sell delightful candy grams before the show and during Intermission. These volunteer roles are pivotal in making our event successful and memorable. Your involvement not only contributes to the event's success but also fosters a strong sense of community. If you can help with any of these roles, please sign up for a slot in the Sign-Up Genius for your preferred task.
