Throughout his career, he has led strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory initiatives across the U.S., Mexico, Latin America, and Europe, working with organizations ranging from growth-stage companies to multinational corporations.

Prior to founding FlexLead Solutions, Miguel held C-level and senior executive roles within the cross-border payments and financial services industry, where he led global operations, banking relationships, regulatory compliance programs, business transformation initiatives, and multicultural teams across multiple regions.

Today, through FlexLead Solutions, Miguel helps business owners and leadership teams accelerate growth, improve operational performance, strengthen financial visibility, and build scalable organizations through executive advisory, fractional leadership, interim executive support, and compliance expertise.

Miguel is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and an ISO 20700 Trained Management Consultant, combining regulatory expertise with practical executive leadership and structured business methodologies. He also holds certifications in Project Management, Six Sigma, Corporate Finance, Financial Risk Management, and Negotiation.
