This is a private-pay practice focused on high-quality, individualized care.
Many patients choose this model for increased time, access, and coordination with their treatment team.
Superbills are available for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

An Initial Intake is 90 minutes to adequately be able to assess the individual patient's needs. An Initial Intake is $500 and includes:
A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis
Treatment recommendations including psychotherapy and medication management
Coordination of care with other providers including therapists, dietitians, primary care doctors, and other health care providers
Monitoring of labs and vitals as needed with complex eating disorders
Follow Up appointments are a minimum of 30 minutes. 30 Minute Follow Up Appointments are $220. 60 Minute Follow Up appointments are $440. Follow up appointments include:
On-going diagnostic evaluation
On-going medication management
Psychotherapy as indicated
Monitoring of labs and vitals as needed with complex eating disorders
Office Policies
You must cancel appointments greater than 48 hours in advance or you will be charged the full fee of a session. A credit card must be on file to book an appointment.
If you need to get in touch with Dr. Herleth after hours, please contact her through the patient portal. If it is an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. The suicide and crisis lifeline is 988.
Dr. Herleth is accepting patients 18 years old or greater.
Dr. Herleth is not available outside of office hours and on the weekends.
