What if some of my assigned units/locations are not shown in the unit selection menu?
The list of authorized units is provided by your organization. Please contact your manager if you have any questions or concerns about the list.
I can NOT see any blue ribbons on my calendar view to be able to provide my availabilities. What should I do?
If you can’t see a Blue ribbon, it means that your manager has not opened up the upcoming scheduling period for you to be able to provide availabilities. Stay tuned and you will get a notification as soon as your manager opens up the upcoming scheduling period.
Why do I see two icons for some dates?
If you see two icons under a given date, it means that there is information about both Day and Night shifts for that given date. You can see the information by clicking on the date.
Why do all the icons disappear when I toggle on the “Show open shifts only” button?
It means that there are no open shifts available for you to pick up at the moment. This may change anytime as the managers may get a call-out request and will have to create a short shift. You will get notified when an open shift is created so you will not need to constantly come back and refresh the view.
Can I adjust my assignments via the App?
No. The assignments are finalized and posted by your manager. Please contact your manager if you wish to make any changes to your assignments.
Can I see all of my assignments for all of my units in one view?
No. Each view is dedicated to the unit you selected from the drop-down menu (top right corner of the view).
How can I see if I am assigned as On Call Only?
By clicking on the date, you will see more details at the bottom of the view. If you are assigned On Call Only, the tag will read as such.
Why my assigned start time is different from what I provided in my availability for that shift?
Your manager has the ultimate decision as to whether or not to accept or change your initial availability details (such as preferred start time). If your assigned start time is different from what you provided, it means that your manager wants you to come at a different time than your preferred time. Please contact your manager if you have any questions or concerns.
What if my assignment is shown as PTO while it should be Request Time Off or vice versa?
Please contact your manager to resolve the issue.
How do I know if the upcoming scheduling period is open for me to post my availabilities?
If you log in and see a blue ribbon on your calendar view under “Overview” tab, it means there is currently an open scheduling period open for you to provide your availabilities. You will also get a notification as soon as the upcoming scheduling period becomes available by your manager.
Can I provide availabilities for both Day and Night shifts of a given shift?
Technically Yes. Obviously many organizations do not allow for an individual to work two back to back shifts, however, the system has the functionality to support that if needed. Please check with your manager about your unit’s policy before you provide both Day and Night availabilities for a given date.
What if I am only available for half a shift?
By selecting a specific start and end time that is equal or less than six hours, you can indicate that you are available for half a shift on a given shift.
Can I leave a note for my manager inside the App?
Currently, we do not have such functionality, however, it is on the roadmap for the next App update.
What if I don’t know which one to select between PTO and Request Off?
If unsure which one to select, please contact your manager.
What if I submit availability and realize that made an error after the fact?
You will need to contact your manager and ask them to make adjustments on their side.

I provided availability for a shift and didn’t get assigned to that shift after the schedule is posted, why?

Why can’t I change anything in my profile?
Please note that your profile details are managed by your employer and you will not be able to make adjustments via the App. Please contact your manager if you wish to make any adjustments to your profile info.
