Registration Information
How to Sign-up
To sign up for the event you can click here. Events are unlimited. You can view our event schedule for each meet at the chosen events schedule page.
Price
Unlimited events will cost $15
Packet Pick-up/ Check in
You will receive a packet upon arrive and check-in at the entrance of the stadium. Inside the packet, you'll receive a $15 coupon to Fleet Feet Pleasanton, one free class to Orange Theory Fitness, race day information and running successful information.

Parking and Directions
The track is located on Campus Hill drive. Parking will be available in parking lot H. The price for parking is $5. Street parking on Campus Hill Dr. is not permitted and cars parked on the street may be tickets or towed by Las Positas.

Event Check-in | First and Second Call
There will be a first call check in for each event listed above. There will be a check-in table in the center of the infield next to the aid tent. Please check-in for first call which will keep you on the heat sheets. Second call will happen 10 minutes before the start of the event and you will receive lane assignments and further instruction. Second call will be announced and athletes will need to be near the start/finish line in the coned off section for second call. For 200m second call announcements, check in will be at the 200m start and finish line.
Concessions
There will be no concessions at the meet. However, every Tri-Valley AC will have water, Superior Electrolytes, bananas and oranges on the infield for runners and spectators. Sports energy nutrition such as GU energy, Maurten, Huuma and more will be for sale at the Fleet Feet tent.
Awards
Each event winner will receive a pair of performance running socks provided by OS1st.
Timing
We will have FAT (Fully Automatic Timing) from Diablo Timing.
Aid Station
Event Aid will be provided by Sports Plus Bay Area's expert team or sports chiropractors
Excusive Tri-Valley AC Merch
At the meet there will be awesome Tri-Valley AC tee-shirts for sale for just $25. No better way to commemorate your participation at the best all comers in the Tri-Valley!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Per the running industry policy, all entry fees are non-refundable & entries are non-transferable. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, you may not give or sell your number to anyone else, and you may not transfer your 2023 entry fee to a future race. This policy applies to all entrants and is in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected family/business emergency, have a medical emergency, etc. In the event that meet has to be changed or the race is cancelled due to an act of nature there are no refunds or rollovers. There are NO exceptions.
