TCHATT - Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine
Dell Medical Schools' (DMS) TCHATT program enables school districts to identify and assess students' behavioral health needs and provide them with access to short-term telehealth appointments at no cost.
How it works...
Students connect with TCHATT through the campus counselor who acts as the TCHATT liaison. Students complete their confidential sessions at school, via Zoom, following an initial registration appointment held between TCHATT, campus liaison, and parent/guardian.
Students receive short-term telehealth appointments at no cost to student or family.
If more sessions are encouraged by the provider, TCHATT works closely with the family and community to find appropriate services and resources for continued care.
Visit the TCHATT website Resource Page for more information.
