Mindfulness is the ability to stay in the present moment in a non-judgmental way. Usually when we think, our mind is either thinking/worrying about the past or future. Mindfulness will help move us back to the present moment. Mindfulness is not trying to stop thinking, but rather the ability to notice when you are thinking and bring yourself back to the anchors. Anchors are a way to bring yourself back to present. They consist of breathing, listening, and feeling body sensations. Mindfulness can be difficult at first. DON'T GET DISCOURGED. It is recommended to start with the Resets until you find a few that really work for you, then move to mindfulness. Remember, the more you practice mindfulness, the longer you will be in the present moment.
