The Council for Exceptional Children is the leading organization in the world for parents, educators, and authorities for children with exceptionalities. Their annual conference attracts some 4,000 people in the spring. They have multiple e-news, publications, and webinars. The cost . for parents is reduced vs. educators - and often they run a special pricing in December! I have been a member of CEC for 19 years and attended two . of their outstanding conferences.
