If you didn't register for the sayonara or lunches, you may still do so until the 15th of July by sending email to events@fka.fi. Special dietary restrictions will be accommodated on a best effort basis with a special dish prepared just for you, if we are notified by July 10th.

Lunch by Tapahtuma Catering
We have booked Chef Sakari Mattila of Tapahtuma Catering to cook delicious hot lunches for us at the venue live. He will be preparing Valencian paella and hash based dishes for us. The main dishes are as follows, with equivalent vegetarian or other options available for those with special diets. Lunch is 13.50 EUR per day, with seconds available for the hungry.
Friday: Valencian paella with chicken and shrimp, aioli, lemon and baguette.
Saturday: Creamy pot pie with braised pork neck, pickles and beetroot and fresh bread.
Sunday: Pot pie with raw sausages in a creamy Dijon sauce and vegetable paella with fresh vegetables and sides.

The Sayonara Party will be on Saturday 19th of July from 19:30 onwards at Fat Lizard Otaniemi, which is within a few minutes walking distance from the Aalto University metro stop near the main hotel. This is a restaurant run by the Fat Lizard Brewing Company. Dinner is a shared assortment of meat and vegetarian pizzas. The price is 30 EUR per head, one drink included. Pre-registered special dietary restrictions will be accommodated by the restaurant. For those with space to spare after dinner, the restaurant is recommending one of
FLAMING ALASKA (V,L,G): Flamed Italian meringue, vanilla ice cream, almond crumble with caramel and fresh berries (+14 EUR).
VERY VERI – CRÈME BRÛLÉE (V,L,G): Crème brûlée, blood orange sorbet and fresh berries (+12 EUR).
You may pay for your dessert up front if you send your choice to events@fka.fi by email or decide at seminar registration time. If ordered at the restaurant it must be paid directly to the restaurant.

Payment and cancellations
Payments for food are accepted in cash at the seminar registration desk at the sports hall, or by bank transfer to the FKA bank account prior to the event. Bank transfers must be visible on the day, or at least proof of payment shown at the registration desk. Cancellations regarding food orders after the 15th of July are non-refundable.
