☐ Has a purpose that is distinct from existing clubs
☐ Explains membership eligibility
☐ Identifies officers and their duties
☐ Explains elections and vacancies
☐ Establishes regular meetings
☐ Addresses dues and club finances
☐ Explains how amendments are made
☐ Includes a dissolution process
☐ Is typed and complete
☐ Is submitted with your Club Application and preliminary budget

Remember: Your constitution is your club's rulebook. Take the time to make it clear, fair, and specific!
