The March is best known for Martin Luther King Jr's "I Have a Dream" speech, but did you know that he didn't intend to give that speech that day?  During a pause in his speech singer Mahalia Jackson called out  "Tell them about the dream, Martin" from behind the podium . She was referring to a speech he had given months earlier in Detroit. Honoring Mahalia Jackson's request, King changed up his speech and gave the famous speech we all know today!
