In my personal experience I missed a lot of special celebrations through out my life due to my professional career. Ivy is an outgoing, energetic, knowledgeable and passionate bartender. She has over 15 years experience with vintage wines, craft beers and specialty cocktails. Her attentiveness to details and mixology skills will keep you smiling and making memories.

Katrina Bush - Bartender / Mixologist / Server

Katrina is a personable, bubbly and vigilant connoisseur of fine wines, craft beers and exotic cocktails. She has 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry including management, bartending and service. She will always provide you with a memorable and joyous celebration experience.

Polly Short - Singer / Actress / Hostess

Polly has been performing since the age of five in countless plays and musicals. She received a scholarship to University of Montevallo for performing arts. Her dynamic personality as well as her assorted skills and drive carried her post graduate to be the lead vocalist while traveling the world with Disney Magic Tour on the Queen E2 and Queen M2 cruise lines. She is thrilled to be working with 5 Star Management and Entertainment and the opportunities that arise for her to share her talent.
