All employees must complete the Five Pillars Internal HIPAA & Data Privacy Training prior to providing services.

All direct support professionals must complete a Minnesota DHS Background Study prior to providing services under Five Pillars Community Supports LLC.
Employment is conditional upon DHS eligibility clearance.
No employee may begin working with clients until eligibility has been confirmed through DHS NETStudy 2.0.
